I told everybody hours ago, we aren't seriously interested.

Purely a bluff to speed up signing Agger.
Bluff & Smokescreen ?

Two totally different things sir.

Explain exactly how you meant bluff then, in the sense you posted?

As and when it happens then I welcome this signing. AJ had obviously tested Mancini's patience to the limit and let's be honest he's not progressed in the way we all hoped.

Sinclair seems raw, keen and up for the challenge. Plus seeing some genuine pace in City's attack would be nice again.

Let's get behind the lad.

Lunacy!!!!! Only joking mate, I agree with those sentiments, I'm just practising an incensed reaction which seems very common on this board.

?

sounds like you want this to happen? nasri will be a key player for us this season if he can show the form that he showed at the euro's.

imo this is a great signing. will add more pace to our counter attacks (which we need) and unlike johnson, can actually beat a man. full of energy and has decent passing and shooting. for £6M why not?

hart

richards - kompany - lescott - clichy

de jong

silva - yaya - sinclair/nasri

tevez

aguero

But now that we have sold AJ and have no wingers, the Welshies will be asking for 7 million plus.

Oh Dear

"What has been put out about Scott Sinclair is not true," said the Swansea chairman. "I don't want to get into a war of words with Manchester City, but I find it quite unprofessional really.

"I don't know who is putting these stories out, but there's nothing at all agreed with Manchester

Hope we have a Plan B in case this goes tits up.

If he has no idea who is putting the stories about then why call Man City unprofessional? Has anyone at the club been quoted saying anything meaningful?

It amazes me sometimes how thick people in and around football are sometimes.

City should tell them that if they ever want to do business with us again they will need to keep their mouths shut.

I read their chairmans comments as they are not happy that they havent be able to hold city to ransom by attempting to renegotiate sinclairs fee.... We appear to be evaluating other options instead and swansea have spat their dummy out.....imo
