Season Tickets - 2023/24

My season card got deleted from my iPhone, I now get this message when I try to download it from my ticketing account.

ERROR

Failed to generate Apple pass from member ID

Any ideas?

Did you get an email confirmation with links to apple wallet? If so try downloading from there

Just checked and yes I did cheers. It actually says that it should automatically update over the coming days so by the looks of things I don't need to physically do anything

I got one of those and went to the three dots and turned off the 'Automatic updates' left it 5 seconds turned it back on again and lo and behold there it was. :-)

Has everyone had an email ? I've not had one and trying to download I just get a blank screen on Iphone.

I deleted my old value gold one.

edit: spoke to club and emails are going out in dribs and drabs, (her words)
