Season Tickets - 2023/24

Yes,aren't all seats club owned, just saying I could understand them not wanting to lose 2 Matchday seats together and leave singles. Makes sense to me.

Seems crazy why don’t you call the clubs bluff and say give me three together or you can cancel the lot
It may work or alternatively speak to someone senior in the ticket office
 
Are your two other family members already STs? If so, ring up and swap them around first then relocate the two you originally wanted to move in the relocation window.

If they’re not already STs then you have to hope that new season tickets are offered and that’s a very slim chance of a) being offered and b) actually getting them before someone else.

Yes, I should have clarified, all four have STs ... that's a good idea swapping them first, will do that when the relocation window opens. Thanks!
 
Only an hour to go before I panic over whether they have automatically renewed mine. Panic, panic, panic.
We (City Matters) asked the club before last year's renewal cycle for a process whereby people on auto-renewal could tick a box to confirm they wanted to renew & get confirmation when they did that.

The reason for this was that every renewal cycle would end up with tickets that should have been automatically renewed that weren't, and it could be a real battle to resolve this.
 
They don't start renewing automatically until 16th May, from 11am today you can alter your details or method of renewal up to 15th May.
To ensure your ticket gets renewed and you get a confirmation email, I think you can go into your account, "change" your bank account to the same one.

I found this out by accident last year when I'd swapped bank accounts and wasnt sure which one I was using. I was using the right one so didn't need to change anything but I think I just re-entered the same account details and submitted those, which generated a confirmation email.

Value Gold Season Ticket
Season Ticket for all 19 home Premier League games with your seat allocated by the Club.
A limited number will be released to existing Season Ticket Members from 11am, Tuesday 2nd May on a first come, first served basis.
*Single seat will be allocated after the renewal window closes
 
Can't find a way to find the value gold, yet the email says:

it is online just go to buy as long as you are a current season card holder
