Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Just phone and ask to change your entrance mate. They can update the system to show a different entrance. Can’t see that being a problem

Can confirm they did this for me no problem.

The only thing to be aware of, is for some reason it shows the original entrance every game originally and then usually updates to the new one before each game. But even on occasions when t hasn’t updated at all, it’s still worked in the new entrance.

I have renewed today and I would now like to relocate my ticket on Friday 19th May, along with my pal who sits next to me.
Problem we have got is he is away in Japan on that date,so he will be unable to relocate his season card on line.
Does anybody know/advice me if I can relocate the pair of us at the same time.( He is on my friends and family list ).
Cheers in advance if anyone can help me.

I have my Mrs, daughter & son on mine as this. I’ve renewed all 4 today updated all the cup schemes card details and in the past relocated the wife’s ticket on her behalf, closer to us not further away before anyone asks !!!

Has the over 65 discount been reduced or is it same as this season
Looks the same. Mine is still 50 per cent in Colin Bell and most of the dearer ones are 50 per cent although I noticed a few cheaper ones e.g front rows of North Stand are not the full 50 per cent.
By and large still a good deal for FOCs unlike say Old Trafford where scruff has reduced the discount to 33 per cent and increased seniors qualifying age

Has the over 65 discount been reduced or is it same as this season
Prices have frozen, my fathers is just over 51% the price of mine. Same percentage that it has been for a few years. Just over half price. If this was removed he would be screwed since his private pension was capped recently before we had the big inflation and cost of living increases.

Cheers pal, thanks for the information.
Much appreciated, same as the other guys who replied to my request for help.

Well since 1968 and after 56 years of following City and having a season ticket, I have had a message telling me that I can no longer renew my season ticket but can apply for a flexi-gold ticket if I want. Severe Crohn's Disease 11 hospital admissions and 7 operations in the past two years has caused my partner and me to miss too many games (6). We have used the ticket exchange previously last year, but on a few occasions this year haven't had time as I have gone in as an emergency, or its been the lowest of our priorities. The email says that they have been unable to contact me to discuss, but I haven't had any contact from the club. My details have never changed in the past 25 years. I did email a fella called Danny Wilson in October / November but didn't get any response. That was to let them know that I was ill and was worried about this happening. We travel over 100 miles return to get there and when I studied I was travelling over 250 miles for every game. Grew up in Moss Side and its always been my club. It has never been a hassle and it is part of my / our life. I am not sure that I am angry, I actually feel really sad and got a bit tearful when I read the email. I won't be doing the flexi-gold thing. I have always had a ticket, went home and away for 14 years and have always been proud to say I am a blue, even when we were poor. I got to Istanbul and have never missed a final so have my memories. The world is changing in many ways and its wearing me down......

Going to bed furious reading this. @Alex - City Matters

I don't know what to say. Quite frankly, and after reading that, I think any effort to hold on to mine for this next season is pointless. Luckily, I have somehow managed to transfer my ticket all season to other blues, often for as little as £10 and at significant loss. As a result I have surpassed the minimum number of games required, without actually realising there was even a minimum amount required! Next season however, and with the personal attendance rule, I would have zero chance of achieving the criteria to maintain my seasoncard, and perhaps it's better to cut my losses now!

The reality is that we know the club have wanted to get rid of fans of our ilk for years. We simply offer no monetary benefit, and the pound signs in their eyes has binded their ability to see our years of loyalty. If it's any consolation, and I know it won't be, but it is important to know that you are not alone.

@jazzy

You are really starting to piss me, and I suspect countless others, off, with your holier than thou posts! How about you take a little break, and whilst your away, put yourself in the shoes of countless loyal blues who now can see no possibility in keeping their seasoncards. In the words of Haaland, try to be humble for a while!

Just clocked the email.

The chances of me making 10 games ‘personally’ are slim. When I can’t make it I give my ticket to one of the 6 on my F&F list (whoever can make it that day).

Therefore the seat is never empty. Either I get to go or another blue does. City have still been paid.

Therefore, I can’t get my head round this 10 game rule. Am I missing something? What is it hoping to achieve?

I have a family member who has received the same message.

I reckon the club want to sell these seats to tourists at high prices.

This needs to go to the club & Danny Wilson - every day till they respond. It’s disgraceful

The new ticket compliance officer to stop touts will be the reasoning.

There will be some who go one game a season and transfer the rest, and the club will assume they are profiting off it.
The club made it easier to transfer so they now have the data, and then got rid of Print and Home. I said in 2021 when this all started, I said this is the road to charging for transfers, and it kind of is with memberships needed for those who transfer to more than 3. The excuses used for ditching plastic can now be seen for what they are.

This is heartbreaking and disgusting. I will be in the concourse against Wolves because of this post.

What is City actual policy with regard to Over 65 pricing on season tickets. I presume there must be one? I knew previously that premium seats gave a significantly less than 50% discount. But looking on Pricing map for Colin Bell stand the cheaper pitch side seats have significantly less than 50% discount and oddly in Level 3 there are ST priced at £860 and £760 but Over 65 price is
£440 & £430 but 18-21 price are same @ £250?
Have any Over 65 or 18-21 prices been raised for 25/26 even though "full price" been frozen?
