Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Ticket Exchange

I got this response today =

"we would like to provide you with an update on the payment of your ticket exchange for our recent fixture against Burnley on October 16th.

As stated in our terms and conditions, we expect ticket exchange payments to be made within 45 days of the fixture taking place. However, due to a payment system delay, we have been unable to fulfil this expectation on this occasion.

Please be assured we are working to address this issue, and we expect your payment to be made within the next 5-7 working days."

They should probably amend the website where it clearly says
Should your seat be sold, the funds for this match will be paid directly into your UK nominated bank account, no later than 45 days after the match has been played.

The game happened 7 weeks ago, and they received the money from selling my seat (again) even before that. Perhaps they could have avoided this "issue" by paying it out a bit sooner?

Separately the payment system seems to have been able to process the money I have given them for Brentford away without an issue. How peculiar.

Then why aren't they informing people there is a problem & a further delay. An absolute shambles

53 days after the game, still no sign of it.
me neither. I emailed them Monday & got the same reply as someone else. A 'payment system delay'. Expecting to make payment in the next 5-7 working days. Most probably will be 57 days

They were notified the 2nd Nov payment failed after it clearly hadn't gone through in a week which was too long for any BACS. However they didn't bother looking into it as front line staff just gatekeep and do the minimum, rather than highlight issues further up the chain.

Ignore my email mate. Should have looked at this thread first.

The thing is. If you can’t make a match and have to cancel your club parking booking they refund you within three or four days without any fuss whatsoever. Email confirming the refund moments after you request it and the refund back to your account a couple of days later. That’s how it should be. That’s what we should expect. This 45 days bollocks is just another money making scheme.

I'm sure they will be just as understanding if it was the other way round mate.

I might suggest I pay for my Brentford away ticket in mid March

Anyone got a email address or direct telephone number at someone high up at supporter services? Had an absolute nightmare trying to transfer my ticket this morning and when I called the numpty I spoke to didn’t seem interested in helping getting the ticket transferd to my mate who was stood outside the ground with his 3 year old son and wanted my password to log into my account to see why it wouldn’t work!

3rd time I’ve put my ticket on the exchange this season and the 3rd time it’s not sold.

58 days and the 5-7 working days has expired.

They were made aware of the issue over a month ago and ignored it.

We're talking to them on Thursday and this is one of the questions we want answers to.
Seems like most of us haven't received the payment for the Burnley game. Don't let them fob you off with any nonsense about difficult. Its the easiest thing in the world to create a BACS file and settle multiple payments within 5 business days max. They do it with their car parking refunds flawlessly. According to their ts and cs refund for the Crystal Palace game should have been received today at the latest. Guess what. Nyada.

Just had this from supporter services after I enquired about Palace refunds.

“Hi, unfortunately we have had a delay in processing ticket exchange refunds from the Burnley fixture, this has now led to a delay in refunds from the Palace fixture. This is caused from a payment system delay and we apologise for being unable to fulfil the 45 day expectation on this occasion. Please be assured that we are working to address this issue.”

Daft question which I probably know the answer to,but prior to the Burnley game of which I’m still waiting as well, how long did it take if anyone can tell us did it take to refund from a game before Burnley match ? And have you been paid back like say Southampton game back in September?

Plus the above is what people were informed, payment was made on 2nd Nov, so enough people contacted the club over a month ago when it didn't happen and were just fobbed of with 45 days rather than looking into it.
