I am only given the option of Google pay on my phone, oh for the print at home option. I opted to defer then changed my mind, wish I hadn't now.

We haven't been the greatest for listening to what fans want, in spite of the endless surveys. Just lately though we have hit an all time low. I have no idea if this is a deliberate policy, or if they've just employed some so called new whizz kid into the customer service role, who is clueless about football and the fans. Any ITK people here know anything?

Are you with Barclays? On the Gpay menu there's a list of banks that accept Gpay. I know Barclays is definitely NOT one. If you have a credit card that isn't through Barclays that should work.

i am losing the will to want attend the norwich game! i might just bin it off and go to my caravan! the chaos wont just be the norwich match ! i can see fans asking the club for refunds and cancelling season tickets when the queues are massive and fans miss large parts of the matches! whether fans have paid money for new smart phones or have printed off tickets there will be confusion and delays! we should all be excited and looking forward to being able to go back watching city with friends and family but the club have made an absolute balls up with all this app crap nonsense!

Try it on a laptop from the email the club sent you. I did the one on my phone then requested print at home on my laptop ,assume will come to my email address.

Cheers I've sorted it now although I don't know how. It kept saying I had to update my card, (expiry date) now, with out doing anything I find the Norwich ticket on my phone. Weird
what is the point of being forced to use gpay if barclays, one of the biggest banks going won't accept it !!

Ta, now sorted. I was going to do it on my laptop as I'm a FOC but thought I would use my phone. I assume that's why I wasn't given the print at home option. That will teach me.

Almost certainly the result of poor design by the IT dept in the first place, not thoroughly investigating what could go wrong -Gpay not accepting certain cards, not being aware of problems that could happen with multiple supporters on one account etc.

if they get rid of the older fans mate the ground will be half empty. We have one of the oldest fanbases in the league. Beggars belief that the club didn’t think this would be an issue

there looks to be about 1,500 to 2,000 tickets left to buy at the moment too all around the ground.

thats before the seat exchange comes into play.

I know it’s going to be terrible. My son caught the football bug during the Euros so after an absolute nightmare with the ticket office I eventually managed to get him a ticket for the Norwich game I fear it’s going to be a deflating experience. I’d been looking forward to getting back inside the ground for a while but now I genuinely wish I’d deferred.
 
I’ve got mine in my Apple wallet. All it says under the season ticket (blue block) is a pic of a phone and the words hold near reader. No barcode.
have I done it right?
 
Not checked but will it work on an iPhone 5? I’ve got an old one that I’m happy to give to someone on here if they need one.
