That's right. The girl tried to reassure me that I would receive it in good time, but do you know that feeling you get when you think your being told what you want to hear. It would appease many of us, I'm sure, if they put something out on the OS rather than have their telephone lines ringing all day
 
I don't believe this...Iv just got in from work and Iv received another season ticket for me in that boxed set....anyone else ? I got my 1st one on Monday and my lad got his last week.we're bothin 318

The Club should have sent you an email saying Premium season cards being sent out plus paper tickets from today.Still a poor show though.

I think it's clear so far that the Club are looking after the Joe's crowd far better than the 93:20. No surprise there lol!

Iv'e had jack shit from them on this. If I wasn't calling them, then I wouldn't have a clue what is going on
 
Been down to the ticket office today after getting a call to say my seat doesn't exist funking joke 4 days before Chelsea only moved so we could all sit together in the new stand now being offered wank seats absolute disgrace City

Same position as me. Club hadnt phoned me, I phoned them tonight after reading on here that block 114 does not exist. Apparently nobody there to help as everybody at the safety event and she could not access the system!! To call back tomorrow, 3 days before the season starts!! Not looking good.
 
RE: People buying seats that now don't exist.

a) is that even allowed? Unbelievable that they were able to sell seats and then change configuration.
b) why weren't the people affected notified AS SOON AS they knew the seat would not exist, instead of 4 days before the first home game?


EDIT: just checked and block 114 seats are available to view on the 3d viewer.

Lower Tier for us QR. Block 114, Row Q. HorlocksWalk was Row C so am assuming it may just be the lowertier impacted by this. Nobody there who could tell me!

Been talking shouting swearing at Lisa Eaton this afternoon to be fare to her she did try her best to resolve it but a million miles from what the club should be offering they have fucked up bid time on this don't let them palm you off on this they have to come up with a decent offer not just a take it or leave it will be trying to get hold of Mr Wilson in the morning enjoy tonight Daniel cos your getting nailed in the morning pal

I will probably move out of Premium next year after all the pissing about. I had to go to the ground at the beginning of the Summer and pay for my seats as nobody had contacted me to confirm my seats and pay over the phone - as promised.

Hopefully these are just teething problems that get sorted quickly but I'm not convinced. Sneakily highlighting the benefits of Joe's in the delayed season card notice (emphasising that we are in the loyalty queue for away tickets, as it should be) is pretty ordinary IMHO!

Ive asked the same mate. I normally arrive early, but I wonder how big the queues will be

How can such a simple task (relatively) of getting SCs out of the door with weeks to get it sorted all go tits up
