Seko Fofana

A typical 'Yaya in his pomp' style goal, runs two thirds of the pitch with power and pace and slots it away - superb.Too early to call how this lads future will develop,he could be a monster........or he could be bang average IMO.
Another loan deal, next season,is definitely required.

Our indecisiveness over whether he will be good or not is down to his inconsistency on the pitch. He finds that consistency he will be a great player. The time at Fulham has been perfect for him too because that's where they've struggled. At times they've been a really good side and other times woeful. He will be learning that consistency is key in order to stay in a league and be successful. It's not about doing the fancy stuff it's also about hard work and applying yourself, getting the simple things right.

Fulham were under the cosh and to go and break away and score like that to cement the 3 points is brilliant for him. Will give him a lot of confidence now and hopefully that puts him in a good place with the run in to the end of the season.

Spoke to a couple of fulham fans about his impact this season at Craven Cottage for my blog.

If anyone fancies a gander pop on over...

Cheers,i enjoyed that.

It confirmed my own thoughts, the loan has been a very good experience,he's far from the finished article and he isn't right for a return to City,as the first team is well beyond him,and the EDS would simply stagnate him.
Another loan in the Championship,at a mid-table side, would probably be the best development option for him - IMO,he's raw and he's inconsistent.....but if it all clicks......he could be a monster, and he's definitely worth persevering with.

Good stuff mate, I enjoyed reading that.

Good blog friend :)

I try to remember that some players it takes a long time for everything to click, to use likely a terrible example look at the path Yaya Toure took before he made his break and become big at Barca, or Kane even. The kid will be learning for the next few years yet.

Cheers! Agree with most on here. I think he's far off at the moment. The two year loan option mentioned a few posts back may not be a bad idea to be honest. He needs first team football either way. Even if he doesnt make it and we move him on for 3/4m that's not bad business.
