If he's carrying a heel injury then maybe he needs a rest...
So you'd prefer individuals scoring goals rather than our team winning games?I'd prefer, well, for rest of this season anyway, that he lurks around the oppositions box and fires some goals in,not being isolated on the half way line, after chasing back, blowing out of his arse, let us use him best as we know and have seen over past 6 years,a goalscorer
Why.
Why the fuck would you want to throw away a game plan and style of play which has put us 15 points at the top of the table FFS. There is absolutely no logic to what you're suggesting.

Obviously not,but he can fire us to the title wouldn’t you agree
But we're already winning the league by doing what we're doing.
I’m defending the guy,he’s being slated again, and as you’ve suggested all be it sad,he has to go,I don’t want him to,it’s as simple as that,we would be a poorer team without him, there’s my logic you were looking for
You're not defending him, you're saying we should sacrifice the entire system and playing style we've got so far with to better suit 1 player.
I'm saying we should use him for what he is,we all will reap the benefits then, for the rest of this season anyway
He'll score the goals at home to win us the league. He doesn't look like he can do it away from home in the big games, though and hasn't looked like doing it away for some time
Apart from his goals at the Bridge, Old Trafford, WHL, Napoli, Emirates and Wembley I suppose you have a point
He hasn’t looked right since that car crash. Before that, I was thinking he was going to smash some goals records this season. It shows you how good he is to keep popping up with crucial goals, even though it seems like he doesn’t fit the way pep wants to play.
love the way he gets the blame, look at midfield and the defence for that
