I'll show my arse if he signs for Athletico. He's been tapped up by someone.

if he has who ever it is will need a fair amount of money because city will not just let him go for fook all we are in terms of FFPR the same as every other team and we will want a bloody good deal out of it.

Do you have thoughts on who?

I know Inter has wanted him ever since he left ARG. But they seem to be selling to make Fair Play work for them.

My money is on Real Madrid. They want him but they don't want to pay us what he's worth, which is why he came out with his public statement the other day to try to force our hand.

I would agree with this, they have just spent 27m on a left back doubt even they have another 55mEuros stached under the couch somewhere, the will probably offer us 15m (value of amortisation on contract) Tevez will kick and scream saying always long term ambition to play there usual stuff, hope we say show us the money 50m pounds or it is gardening leave with daily fitness routine for you chummy.

Atletico are trying to keep him how? Offer him a better contract? can you pay a player in bottle tops and brass buttons?Everyone knows they are skint the best option for them is to sell him to City who hopefully won't dick around and offer the fee that will activate his release clause and blow Juve and other interested parties out of the water.
And hopefully complete the deal quickly so that the player has got longer in pre season to settle in to the club

Just out of interest, does anyone know who represents Aguero?

He has 2 agents for some apparent reason, one of them is Hernan Reguera who seems to be a reasonable sort of guy. I think the other is his dad or something and he is advised a lot by his Father-in law(Maradona).

Can't imagine that Maradona likes Juventus or would want him moving there, he knows they aren't a succesful club anymore and he has talked up the PL in the past. If he were to have a word in his ear, I'm sure he'd tell him that we're a better option.

Alas, the plot thickens haha

Maradona is the manager of Al Wasl FC who's chairman is no other than Sheikh Ahmed Bin Rashed Al-Maktoum who is the brother of the president of the UAE who obviously has an interest in Man City seeing as we're owned by ADUG

I believe Tevez will continue to knock back offers from other clubs and insist it's Madrid he wants. Leaving us in the same position Udinese are in with Sanchez, between a rock and a hard place.

Well it is hot and sunny but will Mrs Tevez like living there that is the question? It is also further to go to Argentina :-)

I am sure i read a story saying that Maradona advised Aguero to join a club in Serie A saying that its one if not the best league in the world and would suit him

<a class="postlink" href="http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/19062011/58/serie-maradona-aguero-stay-madrid.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/19062011/ ... adrid.html</a>

Reports on Sunday indicated Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich had sanctioned a £50 million offer for the club's long-term target, while Juventus have also shown a strong interest in taking him to Italy.
However, Maradona says Aguero, who has announced he wants to leave Atleti in search of a new challenge, will not consider moving away from the Spanish capital.

That would seemingly leave Real Madrid as the overwhelming favourites to have Aguero as a member of their squad when the new season starts in August.
;He will remain in Madrid, whether it Atletico or Real, Maradona told Conexion Samanta en Cuatro.
The fans love him in Spain and will continue to do so. The Maradona family will be grateful to Spain for the rest of our lives.
