Why aren't the police in the colleges and unis, at least helping young people to watch their back and keep their wits? People are regularly turning up dead in Town and it's seeming a much less safe place as the months go by. My sister's 19 and a smart cookie, but I dread her going into Manchester more and more. If GMP and the council don't get a grip fast Town's reputation will be in bits.
