should we sing for hughesy next week

No, he manages a rival club, not very well by the looks of it since they're currently 16th, having won 2 out of 13 games.

Indeed!

I'd give him a bit of applause. But sing? I never sang his name when he was with us! And I was a Hughes inner, like I'm a Mancini inner (whose name I did chant at West Brom!).

he talked dunne and ireland into staying, bullied everton and blackburn for average players, paid over the odds and got my club a bad name in the football world as being bully boys in the transfer market, oh and roberto is now trying to push most of hughes signings out of the door, so i guess those are just a few reasons he wont be getting so much of a glance out of me

at the moment im not going to fulham. i might however change my mind.

but if i do end up going the most hughes would get is polite applause.

bob is our manager, we`re 4th in the league, hes bought some great young talent that hopefully he will mould into a fastastic winning team.

i agree we arent pretty to watch at the moment, but im willing to see were we end up at the end of the season.

i think this is the most open title race for years with no team looking like walking away with it for whatever reason.

we have as fans got to ask ourselves do we trust our owner and his staff to get it right and deliver whaytwe have waited decades for.

i personally do trust them and think they will get it right. in fact i have more faith in them than i do in people from prestwich or people who sell carpet for a living.

lots of love

:)

Should we hell sing for hughesy. Sing for City, get behind the team and lets bag the three points.

Then in a few weeks you can send him a lovely Christmas card.

yeh sing why the fuck did you sign Rsc adebayor and lescott

Because he was a brainless freak who aimed for draws every game..

And he thought that spending money would get him trophies..

It didnt.

And the people who intend to sing his name might as well wear fulham shirts for the game coz they arent city fans...enjoy the trip home crying when city beat them.

Slight applause is surely all that is needed for a man that spent £89m on Lescott, RSC, JO, SWP and Bridge.
Everyone goes on about Mancini bringing Tevez off last game, that pales into insignificance compared to Hughes bringing Elano off against Hamburg in the home leg after running the game and hitting the woodwork twice.
Lest we forget that he took us backwards in the league in his 1st season despite investing fortunes in the squad after Sven. And he was fired after Christmas in his 2nd season when we were behind Birmingham in the league!

So nothing more than a quite applause is needed to celebrate those achievements please.
