Wayne Rooney bicycle kick Manchester United vs. Manchester City
Toby Gilleslet us in on the most memorable goal he has commentated on;
I was commentating for Manchester City’s official website when Wayne Rooney scored THAT bicycle kick against them for Manchester United. As it was flying in I remember thinking
"I’m doing a biased commentary for the huge rivals of this man. Nobody listening wants to hear about how I’ve never seen such an incredible goal live. What the hell do I say?"

<a class="postlink" href="http://thefootballshirtcollective.tumblr.com/post/104399777497/my-favourite-peru-shirt-toby-gilles" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://thefootballshirtcollective.tumbl ... oby-gilles</a>

Even the commentator in city's official website is biased against city, hahaha.

Perhaps we should not be suprised by any bias\agenda.

Afterall when we won our first trophy in 1904 (FA Cup win v Bolton) some in authority and in particular in the South were adamant we must be doing something dodgy by winning something only 10 years after we became Manchester City FC, and if the club was, it had to be punished severely even if it was common place for other teams to also bypass rules (obviously the model Ueafa decided to follow and call it FFP).

i think a point to make is that sometimes perceived negative coverage isn't an orchestrated agenda-driven attempt to bring down MCFC by a popular hatred, it's just click bait for the many Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd fans. That's all. Just dont click on it.

I hate seeing this as some sort of pass for the shite we get in the press, its still an agenda from the media " we don't slag you off because we hate you, its just its in our best interests to do so" the end result is STILL THE FUCKING SAME. Smell the coffee people.

Since that rag Ogden claimed this was the reason for our bad press during a 15 minute interview on Bluemoon podcast it is now taken by many on here as fact, yet he writes untruths, lies and utter bullshit on a daily basis.

This is the way to deal with stroppy obnoxious journos/broadcasters, the Leicester players to a man are refusing to talk in any capacity to BBC Radio Leicester after the Liverpool game due to that stations continual sniping and badmouthing them, the whole of our club should do the same, not to BBC GMR they are good to City but the obvious obnoxious City haters, the club know who they are but our PR department is weak

lots of sly, underhand, subversive comments about sergio this week in the press and on MOTD.

What are they plotting?

They want to him to move to Real Madrid or Barcelona and play with Tranny or Lionel.
Every chance he will be playing with his mate Messi next season ... in East Manchester.
I think 90% of the media in this country would just curl up and die if that happens.

Messi to Beswick and overnight he would become the most over-rated player ever to come out of South America and one to have had the most abject World Cups in living memory. He would only ever reach his potential when he donned the scarlet table cloth, or whatever they have these days for a football shirt.

I can see where this headline is coming from. Exactly like they described our spending over the last 5 years. It's all about a level playing field on and off he pitch. And that includes the media.

Today's Daily Fail.
