Let's not have another thread running to 100s of pages about whether or not there is an agenda. An agenda does exist within the media to view certain clubs in a certain light. Our rapid progress over the past five years has upset the apple cart and the media doesn't like it as their cosy relationships are beginning to crumble. I have no doubts in my mind that in the future (although it might not be in my lifetime) the truth about corruption within the English game will come out. Things such as certain transfers for stupid amounts of money, transfers that had everyone asking why did that club sign him, brown envelopes, refs admitting that they turned a blind eye etc etc. At the moment things like missing of the club name seem petty but a lot of small things add up to one big thing. Take it from me our owners won't forget all the small things such as the snide artcicles, agents pouring poison into players ears etc and all things come home to roost eventually. We just have to bide our time, smile at people, nod and agree with them, but all the time knowing they will stick the knife in but when, not if, we dominate football we won't forget who they were. Enjoy the ride, it will be bumpy as we know, but what a ride it has already been and will continue to be.

Eds not gonna be happy!!!

Van Ghoul's (daily) interview on SSN this morning was a full five minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous this continuous RAG publicity fest on SKY.

Thats not an agenda though. The rags like it or not have more fans than anybody else so of course Sky will show more of them. They are a profit making business at the end of the day. Do you believe City should get the same coverage as say Swansea then to make it even for all clubs?

And with regards the fixtures, theres an article somewhere which highlights when certain clubs can and cannot play each other. A lot of fixtures are pre determined to a certain degreee because they have to be.

but where is the journalistic professionalism in all this. is it not right that they promote a club , any club, in this way. supposed to present the facts not sell shirts for them. that's what mufc tv is for, its not the job of a national broadcaster.

They are there to promote their own product.

Sky pushing the Rodwell story as being given little opportunity at City by Mancini and Pelle. Now all they are doing is subtly feeding the gawping world of football that we ruin english players. No mention of his injuries on the bit i saw.

Yep. Sky Sports is the Rag-loving, Zionist-supporting devil. Let's start bombing the bastards back.

It's unbelievable how people are paid for this.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/sunderland/11013655/.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/footba ... 3655/.html</a>

Midfielder hopes to resurrect his career after torrid two-year spell at the Etihad in which her played just nine times

Firstly, use a spell check.

Second, Rodwell has made 26 appearances for us, not 9.

Then the following.

Jack Rodwell has completed his £10million move to Sunderland to bring an end to a miserable two years at Manchester City.

Has it really been miserable? Who's fault is that? He has been injured throughout his tenure here and has still received a Premier League winners medal and a Capital One Cup medal.

Why is it our players are always "rescued from Manchester City nightmare"? It pisses me right off. You have Zaha and Powell rotting away at United, Chelsea buying half of the young players in the world and loaning them out for years at a time yet nothing is said. Then we sign Adam Johnson from the Championship and turn him in to a winner and an England player, yet at the same time we have ruined his career?

Fucking turnips.

Clear as fucking day.

Back on planet earth. Here is an article about Zahas time at Old Trafford.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2541926/Angry-Wilfried-Zaha-wants-claims-Manchester-United-did-U-turn-Cardiff-City-loan.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... -loan.html</a>

That article does not criticise us at all but actually states the reason for not receiving much game time was a succession of injuries and competition for places. What exactly do you not agree with there?

Can you quote the article please?

Also, I fail to see how one newspaper reporting fact excuses another from writing bull shit.

Likewise, one article on Zaha doesn't excuse all other media outlets from airbrushing him from history.

The point is you are writing on a thread called agenda and using one article in the Telegraph as an example (Even though it does not criticise us) and then claiming, and I quote, 'nothing is said' in reference to Zaha. I have included one article by the Daily Mail highlighting it does get mentioned in conflict with your point.

All papers write bull shit about every club. It does not equate to an agenda.
