Along with global warming which is tipping folk over the edge. Traditionally hot countries have reached boiling point and folk can’t cope. All this technology is sending us nuts.
Mass migration like we've never seen. This will be the real issue.Along with global warming which is tipping folk over the edge. Traditionally hot countries have reached boiling point and folk can’t cope.
The version where women, ethnic minorities and homsexuals were treated as second class citizens? If it's the current iteration of 'society' that is gonna cop it then I'm in favour. Any previous version is a better option.

Human nature doesn't change.Ohh it's still like that, it's just the targets have changed. What people are talking about is common purpose, it's gone it's away with the fairies we are a mixture of disjointed tosh.
We are now what they always wanted us to be.

Plato was clearly a miserable F.O.CHuman nature doesn't change.
Here's Plato in the 4th century BC...
"What is happening to our young people? What is happening to our young people? They disrespect their elders, they disobey their parents. They ignore the law. They riot in the streets, inflamed with wild notions."
Beware of idiots catastrophising on social media thinking themselves wise.

I was using the quote to illustrate the relative stability of human nature over 25 centuries.Nobody is saying that are they? What they are saying is that society is a disjointed mess because it is. As for Plato I prefer to use my own opinions using contemporary evidence than some ancient babble that has no place in the modern world.
If I have an opinion I will take responsibility for it rather than use someone else's.
