all this bollocks about ...its thier culture!!...is it shite ,they didnt have these bloody things untill after 1990,when they started thinking about how they could introduce football to the country,its not a footballing country,its a rugby ,and cricket country,they shouldnt have had the world cup,like japan or the usa shouldnt have had it either......

the whole fifa set up is as bent as a nine bob note,they are only interested in making pots of money,they dont give a flying fook about the south african people,as seen last night when the lad from the township was being interviewed on motd.he said a ticket to any game would cost him over a weeks wages!!!.

this crappy din is making someone a fortune,but is ruining the competition for millions ....and people need to be really carefull before bringing one to an english stadium,or they could end up walking with a third leg....

yup, rugby and cricket were always seen as the "white mans" games. Football was the only affordable cheap sport available to the black populus

Amazing that some of the same posters who moan incessantly after each home game that there's "no atmosphere at CoMS" or "it's too quiet" are now complaining about a group of fans who are getting an atmosphere going in their own way.

Exactly, the different sounds that come from international games are fantastic.
The samba at Brazils matches, the Mexican band, the different weird and wonderful chants from the various countries, even the vuvuzala at SA games, but not at every game.
This is not SA’s world cup it is the world cup held in SA, it belongs to us all.

bit harsh i think the south africans have done a great job. more importantly the people have i hope they get something to cheer about!

i hate vuvuzela`s.....but they are only there for the first matches ....as the tournament goes on you ll see all the fans going crazy in a carnaval atmosphere!!! mexico france was a truely amazing game....so it s looking up on that front. at the later stages it ll be great-mark my words!

lol....blutone, have you checked some of the history and backgrounds of some of the biggest world clubs.....most were founded by english engineers and overseas workers, etc. Even sharing club colours with certain english teams.
