Unfortunately the likes of the scum scousers Arsenal Bayern Milan and Juventus fans would lap this up and sell there stadiums out where as I believe we as fans would see it as it is and fcuk it off.

Milans involvement cracks me up and shows what crock of shite it is, they have been wank for a decade yet get an automatic place, it is also why the non relegation clause is in to protect them.

As for filling grounds, once the novelty wears off I doubt some clubs would get sell outs for such a repetative tournament
 
Unfortunately as much as you fight against the establishment it's where you end up eventually .
If the scum and dippers were in this euro league and we decided that we didn't want to be in it on the fact it's not a fair league , and we watched them winning titles etc I am pretty sure I know what the boards on here would be like ! We may not like the way football is going, but if we don't go with it then we have no chance of influencing where it goes further down the line as we will be playing in the British "premier" league sponsored by bill bloggs builders !

I would hate for this to happen, especially if it is going to take these clubs away from domestic leagues. But I think you're right, if that happens, we might all be disappointed ethically speaking that we are part of this move but if this went ahead and we chose not to be a part of it then years down the line, I think we would have made a huge mistake and fans would ultimately regret us not being a part of it. Hopefully it just won't happen, I wonder if it'll end up with the 20 clubs being guaranteed annual entry to the CL as an alternative which would be rubbish enough in itself.
 
Won’t happen.
Clubs players will be banned from national teams if the national organisations don’t like it.
It’ll be football’s Kerry Packer moment.

That makes no sense, if the rags and scouser won this every year and we were not in it in any way and were still competing in the English leagues, their success in a league we didn't give a shite about would be meaningless to us, I would assume this new league would exclude them from domeatic competition altogether , so no cup cames so we would not be competing with them on any level and so they become irrelevant completely.

Bit like giving a shit about salfod winning the evo stick


Secondly it is the way football is going, if the attitude of fans is to not oppose it with a it is what it is mindset, the idiocy that these tossers with these ideas think most fans give a shit about watching real v beyern or barca v milan. If we were not in it I couldn't two fucks about it or watching any off it, give me a Bundersleague, Sieria A match over this crap any day.

Am I right in thinking this is what they want.

So it’s going to replace champs league?

How many clubs going to be in it?

They want no relegation for the teams in this competition in there domestic leagues?

Going off reports it would be a closed league replacing the champs league, but yes we would leave the prem to play in this and some rumours that the teams would probably field their EDS teams in the domestic league so our B team/kids replace us in the prem.
