Spurs (A) | Post-Match Thread

Neville was blaming Dias for dropping back and confusing Ederson.

First 15 mins was good thereafter went downhill. We were at walking pace for much of the game and looked unfit. Predictable
Cancelo went walkabout rather than supporting Ake, and decided to mark Dias' man, leaving Dias struggling to cover the space behind Ake.

Simple misjudgement that we'd get away with 9 times out of 10.

Nice dog mate, what does it do when City score?

Don't know mate, I've only had it 3 months

Sterling stones and walker were in the latter stages as was Jesus and Ederson with Brazil. Foden and kdb, injured and just back from injury, Grealish only just joined. Laporte not trained due to Isolation, zinchenko only back on Monday. Not sure what more pep could do.
Rags had Maguire and shaw playing
They both featured in all England's games.
Why can't stones and Walker start today?
We lost that game last week if pep is constantly saying were not ready the players will keep believing it.

Why didn't jesus play up top when he came on, the only striker? we have left and he puts him on the left wing. Confusing team selection and positional questioning today from Pep

Just back from the game so not watched TV coverage. We were at pitch level so never the best view of events but had a good view of their goal and I'm just staggered that shot went in. Did Eddie think Dias was going to block it?

Performance generally lacked energy and a goal scorer...
Eddie thought it was going wide so couldn't be arsed diving.

Because the scum didn’t get to the Chumps league final. He was giving our players an extra bit of time off, chill.

We will win the title.
