Yes, I think he's in his 4th year, and it'll be into his 6th by the time he turns 21.

Given satisfies the CL quota (which is 2 years development between 18-21) but not this Premier League one

There's also Javan Vidal who has featured in several of Hughes's squads (he was on the bench vs Arse), pretty should he'd be classed as home grown
