I agree with that, but it's hard to criticize Mancini on this forum without any backlash... I don't care for the name of the player, I care for a winger who can effectively and consistently cross the ball into the box for our strikers. This is a MUST for our club.

Also, if it was up to me, I would've given Kolarov a few more chances on the left wing earlier in the season to see how he holds up.

So who is to blame for our lack of squad depth/variation if not Mancini??

He has a fixation with central midfielders and a style of play that will probably cost us our title.

Pains me to say it, but we are not good enough yet to be champions. Our away form is little better than a mid table club if at all.

It wouldn't hurt so much if some club other than the filth were going to win it, but here we are. They have by far the easier run in, are playing better football, with a game in hand. Unless they implode the title is theirs.

Here's hoping they do have a wobble. Because unless they do, we have lost it.

Silva should have gone off as soon as he clashed heads today wasn't in it after that , failing to see what James Milner has to do to get a game at the moment silva could have come off shuffled the middle and played nasri where he wants to play I am a massive massive fan of Mancini but he got it very wrong today yaya toure is the only reason we are still in with a glimmer of hope of the title our very poor away form this year doesn't deserve a title

way too many dropped points to teams that are just flat-out abysmal. Not worthy of Champions I'm afraid.

Apart from the 5-1 & 6-1 we've beaten no one above Villa in 15th. That's not really good enough.

I am sorry but we look so confused with defenses that are well disciplined and aren't stretched out. We keep trying to walk our way into goal. Its like we are trying to be Barcelona II but it is not working. Nasri can never be Xavi, Silva can never be Messi, Johnson can never be Alves, Dzeko can never be Villa. We simply cannot rely on this anymore. Mancini is not using the players the right way I am afraid to say. All I see us doing is trying to go down the middle and that is it. Nasri is constantly limited to one-way passes. Johnson sometimes breaks out of the rules and tries the wings but he is incredibly selfish when he actually does break through and ends up confusing himself. Dzeko cannot apply pressure because he is not that type of striker, he is a classical finisher who needs support especially from wingers. Silva is being relied upon too much in this team now, its almost as if he is Plan A and Plan B and nothing else is left for us to hope for, I think he needs a rest above all.

Overall, crap performance by City. Do not like what I am seeing.

First rant of the season! I have held my tongue till now but I am fucking livid!

Stoke away is not football it's a war of attrition and we were missing both central defenders, the top scorer in Aguero and our best player was forced off. On top of that we conceded the first vital goal to a one off wonder strike so you could say we were fighting the odds

EXACTLY! The first title was never gonna be easy & you can see the pressure is weighing heavy on some players shoulders.whoever wins it this year is gonna have a record points tally and that speaks volumes to me about how hard this season has been for us and the rags. I will be gutted if we dont win it but it aint the end of the world as we know it, next season we will be better prepared mentally & physically to break more records and I really dont think changing manager would do any good. We need stability in order to push on to the next level,yes Mourinho could possibly bring us the title but look at the wreckage he leaves in his wake after his 2 seasons are up.
This season is still gonna be our best in the top flight for decades so take it as it is, progression to the next level in the sheiks business plan!
Onwards and upwards, City till I die!!
