Sorry, don't mean to derail the thread - the 'club' that means the board, the owners, the players are backing the manager so if you're not - you're not backing the club imo.

It depends whether you just 'think' the manager is sh*te but still on match day you get behind the boys 110%. If that's the case then I s'pose you would still be backing the club despite your views on the manager - which is fair enough but not an opinion I agree with.

I go to the match and support the team 200 %, always spend shitloads of cash, always want them to win & have never boo'd at anyone or anything. Think I support and back the club....The manager is shite tho,, in my opinion of course. !

This club has constantly tried to solve its problems by changing the manager - it hasn't worked - time for a new approach. Stability and evolution not constant revolution.

Sack the manager and we are literally back to sqaure one. New manager always means new players, backroom staff etc etc how can you ever 'Build' anything with constant change and 'under new management' signs every 18 months.

This thread has proven that the majority back Hughes and it's a noisy but persistent minority who never seem happy unless they are destabilising everything. One Message, for once in your life 'BACK THE CLUB' !

we can't think like that nowadays, if he isn't up to the job get rid, in bygone days, we could never dream of the best managers in the world would want to come to our club. winners bring in a winning mentality, and will get the best from what they have, that's a fact.
