In this case they're obliged to do so for clinical hygiene reasons, but the tucking the tie in is daft. Take it off in the car and put it back on afterwards.

People who don't know how to behave on public transport. Playing music through speakers not headphones, stupid people who have the message received audio loud on for WhatsApp and then are engrossed in a chat (you don't need the prompt at that point, turn it off).
