It’s genuinely bothered me. I didn’t get much out of either of them in the interview and I may take another role.Just clicked off the joke thread and straight onto this. I was honestly reading this waiting for a punchline and was baffled when I got to the end.

I wouldn't worry pal, maybe that department / office support is a bit laid back or a shambles. Your role will most likely be in a different area of the business which may be more organised.
