Yodel left £400 of Xmas presents I’d ordered for the fam on my doorstep last week.
Genuinely blew my mind they didn’t get pinched.
I had Royal Mail deliver a signed item (PS5) to my next door neighbour. His Fat Worzel Gummidge looking wife then brought it around and put it outside the door.
Don't understand why someone would take an order in like that. I'd rather it go back to the depot and I can rearrange delivery. Don't take in post that isn't yours if you aren't willing to honour the obligations you incur by doing so.
Delivery drivers are genuinely daft because of GPS.
I've had the door open light on and they just walk straight past as they saunter to the next door neighbour.
Maybe read the label and use common sense.

Fells like all this shit started around bonfire night. More American stuff finding it's way over here and the sheep being enticed into it.
Halloween, Black Friday, surprised there's not been a push to somehow attach the UK to Thanksgiving Day!!!!

Why ?Black Friday and Cyber Monday - what a load of old shit…….
I just saved about $750 on a new fridge and washing machine, I waited a month for the black friday sale on purpose.
Last year I saved big on a new Samsung phone.
That’ll be next - look at how Halloween has taken a grip on the UK - that’s a pile of old shit as well.Been going on for weeks....hurry ends 9th December.

2. How does a Black Friday sale spread out to 3 weeks ?
Did the shop/manufacturer inflate the price just to discount it ? They do here even though it's basically illegal to do so.

Can't speak for UK but you can get absolute big reductions here in Oz on the black friday sale.We already have a January sale that usually starts December 19th. We will have a summer sale no doubt Spring and Autumn too.
