Stupid little things that bug you

People who keep urging me to go to counselling.

I've done it in the past, more than once. It was the most pointless waste of time in my entire life. That includes having sex with a certain former girlfriend. I'm not saying she had a big fanny, but the Council used to rent it for the weekend to park a spare bus when the depot was full.

As there isn't a thread 'Ignorant Bastard Dental Practices', I'll stick this here.

6 months ago my mum went for a check up at her dental practice. At the end they booked another check up for today.
She's old and not good on her legs so I took her otherwise it's £12 round trip in a taxi.
We got there and reception told her the appointment has been cancelled. They'd rang her on 2 occasions in March but did not get an answer and, as she doesn't have a mobile phone, they couldn't text her. That apparently was enough hard work for them. They'd done enough it seems.

Of course, dentists are very hard to find so we can't kick off. The ignorant fuckwits.

They cancelled a June appointment in fecking March?
Thats ridiculous. How far ahead do they plan ?
 
My GP practice refers extensively to their website for accessing certain services. They do not say where on the website which has no index or search facility. D’oh.

I did see a good one the other day. On the back of a logistics lorry was a massive picture of a baby with the words “The only thing we DON’T deliver.”
 
I hate the way your feed on utube reflects other stuff you have been watching.
I watched a vid about the Grand Canyon made by Blue Peter. It was very good but my feed has since been overwhelmed by Blue Peter in which I have no interest at all.
