Not ready to win the league, too naive.

Been saying this for months. I've also been saying that next year is ours. A few tweaks here and there, the experience of a title challenge and we'll walk the league next season.
Still, it's been the best season I've ever had as a City fan.

I think it's this year or never for us. I fear Liverpool next year.

First of all - you are both DEAD WRONG. This is a difficult blow to a very passionate team, Dzeko or no Dzeko (and has nothing to do with him).

Dont know what's wrong but we are NOT EVEN CLOSE to the team we were few weeks back...everything is off it seems.

On the other hand - people like you two might consider getting off Dzeko's back a bit - cause it is apparent that his struggles are not HIS ONLY, the whole team is fucked for some reason.

ome to think of it - It should have been him replacing Barry in the first half - HE COULD NOT HAVE HAD LESS IMPACT THAN AGUERO...at least he tries. Hell - I WOULD do more than Aguero in last 3-4 games. Let's call things their real names, ok?

Aguero is a great player, but he has dissapeared for at least last three games...so did Silva, and dont even get me going on Nasri, who poses no threat offensively whatsoever.

As Dzeko's fan - hats off to Balotelli, he is trying his ass off.

And this is why Tevez will be useful when he gets fit.

He scores the scrappy, against run of play goals by taking defenders on in the box (winning penalties as well)...Mario, Kun, and Edin don't score these clinchers like Tevez.

But where was he today? Where was he when we were at Everton? Where was he when we were at Sunderland? Where was he when we were at West Brom? Where was he when we were at Chelsea? Where was he when we were at Liverpool?...when we were struggling to convert chances or create any full stop!


Poor today from us. Poor in almost every aspect. Swansea out-passed us, out-ran us, out-fought us, out-played us! We created almost nothing whatsoever. We gave the ball away a criminal amount of times in the first half and insisted in playing boring, methodical, easy to defend against, slow possession football in the second half. Mancini showed them too much respect with the team selection, rectified that to a certain extent in bringing Agüero on after 35mins yet then waited until it was too fucking late to bring Džeko and Johnson on (the game was crying out for both to be on after 65-70mins!).

Didn't get a ticket for this which I wasn't happy with. Wire lost on Friday night as well. Been skint all weekend (don't get paid til Thursday) and to top it off the fucking Rags won. Carlsberg certainly didn't do my weekend! :(

De jong was obviously there to give cover to the 2 centre halfs ( one inexeperienced and nervy as fuck and one who hasnt been playing regularly ) for me that was understandable,unfortunately he got booked in the 17th minute for a foul that some refs would card some wouldnt (scholes,adam,rooney,lampard probably wouldnt of been).

problem was silva,nasri and sergio were fkn dreadful and someone more direct should of been introduced much earlier probably for nasri who needs a rocket up his arse and hasnt impressed me apart from maybe 3 games .
