So who would you have played there then ? He can only play those that are fit.

Yaya Toure.
OK I'll bite, so who would we play in Yaya's position ? The Yaya we can't cope without in midfield.....

No idea. I don't have an annual salary of circa 7 million pounds to make these decisions ... ;)

However you did ask who he could have played there and I did answer with a player who was fit, and has played there, and would probably have done a better job than Savic!

About the same as me then ;) and goes to prove that because we lost Mancini won't be able to win. Its not just him though, I'm sure the whole coaching staff must have debated who would play, and that was the decision they came up with. For me I'd sooner have players in the right position, and I'd sooner Yaya was driving us forward, because other than possibly Kompany, of all our players, the one we have missed most this season is Yaya, and not as a centre half.

What wold have been wrong with Richards in the middle, Clichy right back and Kolarove left?

This should probably have been the formation even if they had played last Thursday, or planning to this week..
Don't like to criticize Savic, but he's just not ready for the league..maybe need another season to show his potential..he needs to get his confidence back.

Also, these untimely substitutions are affecting team morale..its not like Mancini only found out how Swansea plays when the game started. There should have been proper match preparation/analysis before the game, on how to counter their tactics. If indeed there was and still got it wrong, then something needs to be changed/replaced. Because I believe this is the third time somebody got substituted by the 30th minute. Nobody likes that...

I'd rather have had Milner at RB and Micah at CB than play Savic or drop Yaya into defence. Savic was, on evidence to date, a bad buy, far and away the worst made under Mancini's tenure. You can criticise how City defended after Savic gave the ball away but it was an inexcusable error and I immediately thought that we'd concede as a result.

Oh mother, I can feel the soil falling over my head....

Just like 1999.

So little faith. I'm sure you will all come charging back into Wembley for extra time though once you've been proven wrong yet again.

You are starting to sound like Wolves fans.

Well accusing your fellow City supporters of sounding like that is bang out of order. You should be banned.
