Terry racism trial, this is going to get nasty

what would help everyone (especially St Helens Blue) is if that extra bit of Sky Footage which include the "are you saying I called you a..." was available

JT has never particularly been a model footballer but he's been proven INNOCENT

But it isn't available is it mate so I will have to form my own opinion and that is that he uses those words in a racist manner and not in a defensive/questioning manner.

And that is why it's good to know you aren't a Judge.

Despite that, I'm not silly enough to let my obvious prejudice get in the way of labelling someone a racist, simply by going off a tv clip which proves hardly fucking anything, ESPECIALLY when the defendant, in this case, has not once denied saying those words.

its not that he is innocent. More like he couldn't be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty. If suarez had taken things to court, he would have gotten of too mainly because it is a non-issue in "his" culture.

Lets hope those who refuse to accept that Terry did not call Ferdinand what he was accused of, never find themselves accused of something they did not do. I'm sure they would come to appreciate the Law a bit more.

Terry was not proven innocent, he was found to have insufficient evidence for a conviction, thats in no way saying various arguments could not be put forward to say he did say it... unless you have a witness of video evidence its always one word against the other...
