Sad decision , FA will cite the same reason and wont take any further action now
However , if they do act , terry by no means deserve less than 8 match ban suarez got , we have more clear evidence here , so he should get 10 match bans , anyless will be disappointing

having been established in court that terry is innocent of the charge the fa cannot and will not take any further action. the matter is now closed.

'Innocent' and 'lack of evidence' are not the same thing. When will you understand that?
The FA CAN do something as admitting racial slurs carries a punishment. Terry clearly lied as his account of 'repeating' what Ferdinand 'said' as a question has proved a falsehood even by video evidence in the clip.
