Arsenal at home could be anything, so let's settle for a draw there.
Swansea away, assuming that they're save from relegation, should be 3 points as well.
So, City can get 16 points out of the last 7 matches imo. And that by any means should result in a top 4 finish.

I would imagine United will struggle in the last game at Upton Park , hopefully Leicester need a point when they go to old Trafford , Norwich may be scrapping for their lives , can't see United dropping points in any of their other games
