I know, it's just a ball ache.

As for Quigg and Frampton, I think either of them get beaten badly by Leo or Rigo. They'd be well advised to stay where they are and hope Leo and Rigo both move up for one of the super fights against Lomachenko or Gary Russell, or even Walters.

I can actually see Haskins or McDonnell moving up to fight either Quigg or Frampton or maybe catch-weighting Lee Selby because lets face it, he also loses if he fights any live fighter at 126.

Leo Santa Cruz aint great I think Frampton beats him easy also to see him fighting Kiko who both Quigg and Frampton have beaten shows Leo for what he is. Rarely takes on a live fight or real contender on has been avoiding Frampton and Quigg if your to beleive the rumours. To take on Kiko just shows how his team think of him Kiko is in a last chance saloon now so they Santa Cruz think Kiko is finished but dont be shocked if Kiko upsets Santa Cruz. Kiko walked onto the shot from Quigg but he got the power to troble a lot of fighters. As for Rigo he is by far the best boxer i seen live technically brilliant but saying this Frampton would cause Rigo a lot of problems I fully expect Frampton to fight Rigo before he moves up a division Carl is finding it hard to make the weight it seems so I be interested in seeing how hard it was for him to make the weight. Carl has a point to prove when they fight. Also interesting to hear Kid Galahads view on the fight he thinks it will be a easy night for Carl. No matter what happens the winner will be losing 1 title after it as they need to take on the mandatory of both titles. Rigo shouldnt of been stripped but he was.

Leo Santa Cruz is so overrated I'd fancy both Quigg and Frampton to beat him. Obviously Rigo is levels above anyone else in the division though.
Rigo vs Lomachenko is a wet dream for the purists, I really hope it happens.

I disagree, I don't see the hype behind Frampton or even Quigg if I am honest. Frampton's last opponent wasn't only just a top ten Mexican at the weight. I'm sorry, but if Leo Santa Cruz struggled that badly against him people would be rightly slating him for it. Terrazas, Mijares and Mares are all considerably better than anything Frampton or Quigg have beaten.

I honestly see Frampton and Quigg in the same light. Santa Cruz at least has 2 or 3 stand out wins on his resume. Frampton and Quigg haven't been in with anyone resembling the quality of Abner Mares or even Victor Terrazas. I just don't see the buzz with Frampton at all, especially after his last performance. I'd back him to beat Quigg and I reckon he can remain champion so long as he is kept away from anyone live and dangerous. But that's about as far as I would go. I know Leighton will disagree but he's 28 and hasn't been in with anyone yet.

I wouldnt say he hasnt been in with anyone if he is World Champion he has to have been in with a World Class opponent. Kiko is a dangerous fighter Carl boxed him twice and won both easy. Steve Molitor who Carl kod also after beating Kiko he had to fight his mandatory in Chris Avalos. I agree his last fight was poor. A nightmare first round he got caught twice early but got back up to go on and win by boxing and winning comfortable on the cards. Frampton I have been saying from a long time he is a great fighter great boxing on the back foot and can mix it up. His jab for a small lad is the best I have seen at times and his timing is good too.
Carl has been chasing the big fights for some time. He has been calling Quigg out for years. He has said he would of boxed Santa Cruz too but Santa Cruz team didnt want anything to do with Carl. Put it this way Carl is going to fight Quigg in Manchester he is that confident that he has too much for Quigg. I fully expect Carl to win the fight. Then I hope Carl goes down the Rigo option as Rigo is the best and I think Carl would cause Rigo a lot of problems if they were to fight. With Carl and Al Haymon involved Carl has a lot of options open to him no matter what happens. I expect Carl to go back to the US and fight again. He will move up a weight too and I think he will have enough to maybe to a 2 weight World Champion we have yet to see how good Carl is as he is a smart fighter. 4 weeks away from the fight then get a mandatory out of the way with Rigo and even in defeat or not Carl will then move up a weight and go again.

I'm not Garcia's biggest fan and I have no idea how he has remained undefeated given how close some of his supposed gimme fights have been. But, I would still favour him to stop Khan again. Khan was winning the rounds against Garcia back in 2012, but once Garcia starter timing him and punching with him, it was all over quickly. I think Khan would need a totally different rythmn to stand a chance. And his inactivity isn't helping him either. Someone will beat Garcia soon enough mind.

I agree about the
I think Thurman beats him up, although we haven't really seen him tested yet either. I just think Garcia is in too many close fights with guys he should be comprehensively beating. he really lose against Herrera and could easily have been on the wrong end of the decision against Peterson. He needs to fight someone live. Khan and Matthyse are the only two really. Be interesting to see what happens if he fights Khan in the summer. If Khan beats him, it probably ties them both up for a third fight and that puts Khan - Brook off until Summer 2017, and that's not good.

Its all subjective I suppose , I agree, Peterson was good for at least a draw ( maybe C J Ross was marking the card ) against Garcia. A tough night for Danny, but Peterson is a seasoned pro and a decent fighter. Khan does need to be more active or he'll go off the radar, I still think he can beat kell if/when it happens. I've also gone with frampton over quigg tho I think this will be much closer than when I had the bet. As for Thurman, the talents there, but so far he's failed to impress for me.

Kiko Martinez is a very basic fighter though Leighton. He caused an upset when he stopped Romero to win the world title but that was a big shock and Romero was never anything special. Anybody with World Title ambitions should be beating Martinez easily enough. Rendall Munroe beat him easily enough.

I know the Avalos fight had to happen but he has since been knocked out again. He also lost to Romero a few years back. He's just not very good and is a million miles away from the elite fighters in the division.

I just think the leap to the elite is too big for both Quigg and Frampton.

I also think Quigg hit the lottery in the second round against Martinez. He looked shocking in the first and looked totally uncomfortable in there with the pressure. So on that note, I'd expect Frampton to beat him, and If he can get Rigo over to Ireland, he could at least make it interesting against him for a few rounds. Can only see one winner though.

It's more the Herrera fight for me that highlights Garcia's level. Peterson is decent enough and I remember when both Peterson brothers were touted as the next best thing. Neither quite got there, but both had a lot of talent.

I agree on Thurman, I don't know if his power exists at the top level and I suppose that was part of the attraction towards him. He still needs that one big win to announce himself.

It's just such a shame that 147 is so stacked yet none of the elite seem interested in fighting one another.

Bradley and Pacquiao is a fight that irritates me. Neither of the first two were close and if the first fight was scored properly, there would have been no interest in a rematch. How they've wrangled a rubber match out of it mystifies me.

Yeah the scoring was a joke but how many times have we said that. I was half expecting Fury to get turned over by the judges in Germany.
Really looking forward to see Crawford this year, great fighter, also Lomochenko great footwork and hits from all angles. Alex Saucedo is a kid I enjoy watching, welterweight tho talking of moving down to 140. He fights again in Feb, hopefully will get a stream.

Ono Frampton has already been offered the Rigo fight in Ireland when Rigo was managed by Gary Hyde before he got the Kiko world title fight and Framptons rejected it saying they were not yet ready to fight Rigo at that time. I cant blame them. Rigo i admire and think is a beautiful boxer. Saying that Rigo has shown signs of being beatable. Against Hisashi Amagasa he was down twice in the 7th round but got up and went on to win the fight. So I think a fight with Frampton would be a great test for both guys. Rigos 35 going on 36 been inactive you cant fight 1 fight a year anymore in my opinion and someone will put it up to the great Rigondeaux. Think with Rigondeaux with Rocnation might make it hard to sort out the Rigondeaux v Frampton but its a mandatory fight that Carl can pick from. Who you go to fight Rigondeaux or a mandatory for his own title. I hope he goes down the Rigondeaux fight but it wont shock me to see him being advised to fight Santa Cruz by Al Haymon first. As that would be more easier for them to make that fight.
