Someone in the Nasty Party tweeted that there are plenty of ways Ukrainians can come to the UK, one being - applying for a temporary fruit/veg picking Visa!!

Just seen that these rules actually exclude your parents and siblings if you’re an adult. This is pretty fucking disgusting. What have we become as a country?!

Sometimes Conservative party policies pop up where you do look around at your neighbours and think, this is what you want, this is what you voted for? Especially if you're in a conservative held constituency like me.


Another one is forcing people who satisfy all our requirements to be refugees to cross the channel before considering their refugee application. We could set up an office tomorrow in Calais to process refugee applications and let legitimate people through safely, but instead Priti Patel and Johnson make them die on the way.

They only do this because to be a Tory you have to hate someone..... be it the Disabled, Benefit Claimants , Single mums , Gypsies, the Homeless etc etc. They develop policies that appeal to each set of their supporters .... and you often hear it ..... ''I don't agree with all of their policies but as far as *************** are concerned Im totally on their side''

The Patel Narrative appeals to the anti - immigration , anti forriners base.
