I think the green lobby is going to become increasingly prominent in the near and medium term future, in terms of protests. A good thing, but quite possibly too little, too late to arrest our wanton destruction of the planet. Humans are such selfish cunts, myself included.

The combination of our intelligence and nature along with technology (created by the foregoing) will fuck us. I’m also coming to the conclusion (although I concede I could just be getting older) that technology is making us angrier and generally more unhappy, despite all the obvious benefits it can and does bring.
