Just been announced he’s launching an enquiry into how his tax status got leaked

…because that’s the issue, not the tax avoidance and green card.

I think this means he knows he’s done and just wants to take someone with him.

Quits, spends six months on the back benches, returns in a winter reshuffle once all is long forgotten, carries on ripping the piss out of the populace.

Same a Patel, Javid, IDS, Gove etc have all done before

Well, it won’t be Johnson, because no one will care who leaked it. That the Chancellor (who sets taxes) could not seeing having his wife‘s status (avoiding tax he sets) would be an issue is an idiot. Lying on record that she had to give up her citizenship to do something she ended up doing 24 hours later is the sign of someone who should not be in front line politics. Now he wants to drag it out rather proves the point.
 
Tory MP on the radio yesterday said the non-dom idea was set up as it allowed rich foreigners to come here and create employment and wealth in the UK. - How does that apply to Mrs Sunak? How does she create wealth and employment? Or does she just benefit from a loophole created for others?

I wonder if the investigation into who the leaker is about non dom status will discover Sajid Javid was a non dom in 2008?
 
His wife is moving out of downing street and back to the other home we pay for mostly , a decision taken before all this , come on now , stupid we are not lol
 
Rishi on the run. Asking Johnson for a full independent review of all his affairs. Johnson will probably just trot out 'not needed I have full confidence...' etc.
