In this case the ex HAS to blame the other as the massed ranks of the press will frame this as a Labour failing not a Tory 14 year decline - PLUS it helps explain why those 14 years have not been fixed in 6 months

yeah but an incoming Govt can see a problem with decisions made by their predecessors and cancel or make amendments - see for example Rwanda scheme closed and HR2 stopped. Amazingly you have not realised this is true over 14 years of fan boy love in

For me they are bereft of electable leaders I can’t see a statesman/woman among them. Most of their efforts are on dividing the country along the lines of race. Social media is awash with right wing trolls

Labour showcasing their competency by mothballing multi-billion pound, vanity project aircraft carriers which they mistakenly built in the first place (despite lots of advice to the contrary).

It’s a solid argument and you clearly thought this one through.

I suppose it all depends on the original spec tho. If it was signed off with all the necessary close -in defence equipment and aircraft etc then it would be ok.

However I agree that they were a mistake (and have always argued the same)
