One of my friends was a PIP case manager before she retired. She has remained entirely professional and refused similar roles.

I know very well somebody who worked on Employment Service fraud teams late 80s - thought they were The Sweeney!

They detected a hell of a lot of fraud though. And then the rules got changed on what they could and couldn't do.

I know as I know this person very well and they had a good, infact excellent success rate.

I had mixed feelings about dole fraud, for various reasons, but PIp and particularly motability scheme abuse really fires me up. As you say virtually no power now to detect and prosecute.

I am still awaiting your answer into how you can access health data.

This is a really serious question and you claimed your company/line of work could access this data.

As a member of the Citizens Adivsory Panel for the Greater Manchester secure data environment, what you said really disturbs me and i will have to report it at our next meeting. If your company can " hack" into the SDE your line of work and the company you work for has destroyed millions of pounds of health data, it becomes unusable.

Your claim could destroy so much research its fucking ridiculous.

You can DM me if you wish, because at the moment you look like a clueless fucking clown.

Well I'm not really bothered about words or slogans. Reeves has a problem in that it looks like she may have stalled the economy , she wont raise taxes on the big tax avoiding internationals. Infact what little tax they do pay may actually be cut. She can't raise taxes again on the middle class and UK based S and M businesses as they have been hammered. She doesn't want to borrow more. So what choice does she actually have than to try and crack down on the work shy. I've no issue with that.

Presumably based on the Italian agreement with Albania which got binned by their courts and has now been reworked as ‘Repatriation Hubs’ - whatever the fuck that means.

We have a returns agreement with Albania for Albanians that fail the asylum process which has seen a reduction in Albanian arrivals. Difference with the Rwanda scheme was that we process the asylum claims and then return failed applicants whereas Rwanda we tried to shovel people on a flight to Rwanda without processing their application. There has to be due process.

I’m sceptical whether any of these ‘hub’ schemes will work no matter what you call them. A detention camp is still a detention camp even if you badge it as a ‘Wellness Retreat’.

Not really. It was about Kendall trying, and failing, to convince Labour MP's that her plans didn't amount to austerity and the wider denial by the government and their outsiders that slashing budgets across all departments can be described as such.

Well we aren’t going to kick start a stalled economy by making it harder for the disabled or any genuine claimant to get the benefits they need - money that will get recycled back into the economy anyway.

If people who aren’t working but want to get back into the workplace then fine, give them that help. If we want to tackle varying regional sickness rates - be they physical or mental - then look into that and the differing conditions that lead to these different rates. But for the love of God can we stop banging on about ‘the work shy’ and start having serious conversations about some of these issues.

Because it’s lazy and a way to avoid tackling a lot of the issues that are behind the increase in our welfare spending.

Govt imposes spending rules on themselves, fall foul of these ‘rules’, then cut their arm off to meet these ‘rules’ and blame people at the bottom for the fact they only have one arm.
