I think you don't have a lot of current experience of the 16-25 job market tbh. It's not like it used to be.

To be honest I wasn’t referring to that age group but the 30-40 year old professional benefits claimers

So basically no time at all:

Initial waiting period

I can only assume you live in an area where there is 100% employment rate and a surplus of jobs available.

No but an area where people are prepared to get off their arses and do a days graft, I’ve been on price work most of my working life

The state doesn’t pay anyone’s wages at our firm part or otherwise, why did we get lumbered with the NI increase, which made sure we didn’t employ anymore people.
