Am I right in thinking 4 points will secure top 4 now?

After Liverpools' loss last night and with our much better Goal Difference, 3 pts should now make us finish 4th , but ideally we need 3rd to ensure at least 6 Group Stage games of Champions league football and a higher finish means more prize money of course of a few million pounds.
