Is GG down for you Jim? Don't know what to do with myself haha. Perhaps actually get on with some work, but that would be madness.

Looks like Livermore might get an opportunity to impress tomorrow with Parker and Sandro pretty much out. Livermore as fourth choice defensive midfielder is not bad going, I like the lad.

I think tomorrow will be a frustrating game, not easy by any means.

I know his family. A family not be messed with, trust me.

I thought it was us who had all the defensive midfielders!

Spurs have time to rest key players having got lower league opposition once more in the FA Cup. It should be a lot more competitive at our place than it was at WHL as we could well be missing Silva, Kompany and Yaya (i.e. our spine). Time for Nasri to perform like he did at WHL - something he has yet to do.

What's happening with Nasri? It just hasn't clicked for him it seems. Any reason why?

On Livermore I'm a bit underwhelmed so far. He is young though so plenty of years to improve.

Out of all the great youngsters I see from the youth, Mason, Townsend, Caulker, Barnard etc. Livermore was the lowest on the list for me, but Harry sees a lot of potential with the lad

Great debut at WHL. 3 assists in that game. Overall 2 goals and 7 assists this season in the league. Not that bad....but that doesn't tell the whole true.

Not taking enough responsibility when we need him. He is basically a pu**y at times. If you know what i mean...;)

Skill is there but not the work rate and mentality.

I think the phrase you're looking for is 'bottle job' or if one was to be less generous 'a shithouse'

Colin Bell was called Nijinsky after the famous racehorse. We could do the same for Nasri, and call him Shergar. He goes missing as much.

I don't get the general feeling from Spurs fans with Livermore, any hope of having a better fourth choice dm is delusional imo.

English, homegrown proper lad from the acadamy. Has done well every time of asking, arguably he was one of our best players against United before it all fell to pieces, he had a solid first half. Seems like a good character as well. And also versatile, looked comfortable playing RB the other day, and can fill in at centre back as well. Every squad needs players like him, and its not as if he is a 100% shitkicking clogger either, he has shown good technique , much more skillful then people think imo.

Those Spurs fans with long memories might remember a player called John Pratt.

The unfortunately named midfielder was a favourite of Bill Nicholson but never seemed to win over the fans.

Yet he always gave 100% and did everything asked of him.

In many ways, Livermore reminds me of him - not the most talented player ever to put on a Spurs shirt but a grafter who always gives his all.

Harry Rednapp (wish there was a) Gag Order

There should be a super injunction gag order against this twat. Every transfer window and most weeks in between, he blatantly taps up players (indirectly or otherwise)... 'triffic Player! Today it's Remy and Ba. What a gobshite he is!!! Put your money where your mouth is Rednapp! Oh, sorry, that's right, you can't compete in the transfer market. So shut the fuck up then! It's all bullshit designed to unsettle players and clubs. I sincerely hope he gets the England job, simply so the league can be rid of this parasite! C*#t of the highest order.

Re: Harry Rednapp (wish there was a) Gag Order

Hopefully this hypocritical tax cheat is behind bars in January, all the outrage over Modric being "tapped up" and he is the worst for it. He said they were interested in Tevez then days later said they couldn't afford his wages, SO WHY MENTION HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Re: Harry Rednapp (wish there was a) Gag Order

He also said Messi is triffic, hardly tapping them up. The media always ask him on every player and he'll say the same thing.

It's not like he's driving around picking them up in his Bentley like Fergie does
