I try and balance it, plenty of fish and fruit but I know I have to many calories, stopped smoking 16 months ago, probably hasn’t helped my weight or mood but feel better for it.

It wasn't a joking matter to me mate, left me very down for a long time. I still miss her.

Read an article yesterday that said the Mcgarry's had fostered over 100 children. It takes a very special couple to open their home up to so many kids.

Tbh, lifestyle vs genetics is a very interesting discussion as far as I'm concerned. If there's not already a thread I think a new one would get a lot of traction; there's a lot of good points for a lot of people to make.

I only say that as I do think a lot of people would like this thread to stay more specific to those unfortunate to have passed and to celebrate their lives and whatnot.
