Dave Allen ,64 year old Bass player ,original member of the band Gang of Four .. ,announced dead .
Known as " the ace of bass"
No cause of death reported,but his mates visited him at the weekend when he was apparently laughing and joking .....sounds like another tragic " sudden death "...
