Not by any stretch. In fact Wigan didn't sell their reduced allocation for the final.

I think the Club has tried to be fair to every membership card holder this season. That was behind slower than expected ticket sales for Monaco at home. I think anyone with over 10k of loyalty points and on the cup scheme should have been entitled to 2 tickets from the start.

There would still have been enough tickets for all Cityzens who wanted to go to Wembley.
