What i shows is that we don't have that many local fans.

Not really, it shows that a lot of those who are local simply didn't go.

Then they're not fans then - there will be those that can't afford it. Fair enough.

But mant couldn't be bothered choosing to watch it on TV as is their right, but they are a lot less supportive than those who went. Should go without saying

i live near crewe, and i go to there home games when city arnt playing. but i usually go in the away end for the better atmosphere. It was stevenage yesterday and believe it or not, they were doing the poznan.

We will never be a big club until we can sell out our ground.
Todays attendance was embarrassing. 27K when tickets were 15 quid for adults, a tenner for u21 and only a fiver for kids.
We have over 20k people who just cannot be arsed attending to back their team...it's shocking.
Even the carrot of extra loyalty points has not been able to get these fickle fans to attend.
I don't give a toss that it was "only" Notts County and on terrestrial TV...The apathy of these so called fans means we will never be seen by them lot up the road as a big club either.. we have no defence.
Lets see what the attendance will be against Villa...another Premiership side.

I tentatively echo your sentiments.

I ask you to bear in mind the fact we have just played the 1st of 5 matches at home in the next 2 weeks, hence why the 3 cup games will struggle to gain a solid attendance.

I like our attendances, theyr exactly the same as when we were bad, so it shows our support hasn't changed much
