Just finished season 2 of Shrinking. Very enjoyable. Lots of over acting but its a frivolously nice story and some good laughs.
Haha. I just read this out to the wife and she said, "Somebody" wrote that? Or "You" wrote that"?Just finished S9 of BBC1’s Shetland.
Formulaic who done it with several of the main characters being dismissed with a peripheral character the guilty party.
Ashley Jensen has breathed some life into the show but Steven Robertson (Sandy) is one of the worst actors ever. Expressionless and monotone, a cardboard cut out would be better.
2 episodes into series 3 of 'From' and just feels like more of the same. More bat shit crazy storylines just making it more and more fragmented and no answers to anything. I don't want to stop watching it yet, but i can feel 9.9 episodes of the same and then a last 5 minute cliff hanger.
I watched FROM recently.
I enjoyed the first season. Something different and LOST like.
But season 2 and 3 are just going nowhere.
I’m actually not arsed about answers anymore or what’s going on. Dragged on with little progression. I won’t be watching season 4.
Usually when I see people have watched a few seasons of something and they say they are gona stop now I think why not just see it through to the end. Least there’s characters you’ve grown fond of etc. But with FROM I actually can’t think of any of them I particularly like?
Just lost its way for me so that’s me done. If season 4 improves it and I see people praising it I’d be open to watching again as the idea was good. But for now it’s on to the next show.

37 years ago.Lockerbie powerful and harrowing story and although 27 years ago the government stilled lied to all the families involved. Nothing has changed since if it wasn’t for people like Jim Swire and Alan Bates the true would never be known.e
Was great because it was so different, but it wandered down too many dead ends to introduce bayou characters and their strangeness.Re-watching the first season of True Detective. It’s arguably the greatest single season in the history of television.
Loved spooks back when it was airing. Always felt it kept fresh in its storylines and even though the core of characters generally stayed the same, they had a good churn of characters coming in and out.Just watched Day of the Jackal which was glitzy eurotrash.
Thought The Agency had finished and so binge watched it, only to find out there are 3 more Friday episodes! :-/
It’s much better than DOTJ. Grittier, more spy craft and seems more realistic.
Also currently working my way back through Spooks. At Season 6. It’s definitely aged, but still lots of interesting twists and turns I didn’t remember from about 15 years ago!!

Watched the first three episodes last night.Missing you just landed on Netflix
Only a,few episodes with some big name British actors really enjoyed it.
