Tell your legal team that they are wank.I am just checking with my legal team if that is defamation of character.

That's bad news if true. Always nore likely to succeed on the facts if they're on your side.
Also it means that even if we win we will still be guilty.
I'm resting my hopes that we have actually not broken the rules they claim on the old statement from ages back when the club said they supplied proof of innocence and UEFA have ignored it and first said theyd take it to a higher court...I think I'm remembering that rightly.
No Swiss Court of Abbreviation next stop after CAS
Pretty bullish Ric,pity they didn’t say we are gonna string uefa up by their balls ..Spoke to a couple of people at the club tonight and they seem pretty bullish which is giving me confidence about how we’ll respond to this.
IMHO utter nonsense The investigative panel had recommended a year ban, took it to the chamber who were never going to not agree they conspired to impncrease it to 2 knowing full well City would go to CAS They are gambling that it’s reduced I can’t believe the club would be surprised know that Just read the statement it actually says disappointment but not surprisedby all accounts this took us by surprise. If I was in expecting a charge of some description and it took my lawyers by surprise then questions have to be asked. wasnt there a 8 strong legal team meeting with uefa last week?
Ric with his big connections these days, come along way from being steaming at europa away days haha.
i dont think there would be to much damage regarding sponsors, there only after one thing and thats pushing the brand, if we keep doing the business on field domesticaly there getting what they want, football has a short memory and chelsea have just served a ban but the sponsors stayed with them, say we get a one year ban in 3 or 4 years the general public wouldnt have a clue what it was for and for how longIf we don’t appeal AND WIN it will hurt us enormously. The reputational damage will cause all our sponsors to look at their deals and some will walk away. Deals that would have been enormous money generators, such as ground naming rights and shirts sponsorships are suddenly significantly less attractive to Corporations who understandably will not want to be associated with a corrupt brand.
Within the Club can the people who got us this place, Khaldoon, Soriano etc survive. Surely somebody’s head has to roll. Will the owner lose interest in having to constantly fight the cartel and walk ?
Will Pep stay ? Will our star players stay ? Can we attract new talent? Can we afford new talent ?
This may all sound gloom and doom but this has the potential to be enormously damaging, if not fatal to the Club. When all is said and done CFG is a business and these kind of things have sent many business down in the past.
That’s true but the evidence spilled would be off the scale ..I thought that but that is just too risky, how they would just love that, bribery added to everything else.

Your name dropping is getting out of hand, mate.Spoke to a couple of people at the club tonight and they seem pretty bullish which is giving me confidence about how we’ll respond to this.
This is spot on......and no it wasn't the dog's name.....I think lol!
Any fool can spin a lie and no matter how outrageous that lie it sticks. Even if concrete proof is shown to disprove the lie you still get the " No smoke without fire" whispers.
To be honest the dippers rags and the rest will always say it no matter what the outcome.
You’re just as bad.what I’ve heard is UEFA have just picked a fight they will regret having picked.
Khaldoon said that to me the other day!Your name dropping is getting out of hand, mate.
I think Martín Samuel has made a pretty strong statement as to who is behind this. Add Real Madrid and Bayern Munich to the “Traditional Red Alliance” and I think you have the accusers, the prosecution and the judges. We need a whistleblower to break ranks and tell the truth who is behind all this shit, the officials are just puppets for the cartel. Is anyone brave enough?
We wouldn’t be challenging FFP in CAS, so I am not sure what sort of point you are making here.https://www.lawinsport.com/topics/item/the-deficiency-of-fairness-in-financial-fair-play
Galatasaray v UEFA18
During 2014/15 Galatasaray exceeded the acceptable loss by over €130m, thus breaching FFP and the settlement agreement they had reached with the CFCB. The CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber excluded Galatasaray from UEFA competition for two seasons. Galatasaray appealed the decision to CAS arguing that FFP is illegal under EU Competition law.19The CAS Panel roundly rejected the arguments of Galatasaray and was critical of the club for "relying heavily on press articles" and suggesting "that the main objective of the break-even rule is to impede small clubs" ability to invest and recruit new talented players’.20 It was found that the objective of FFP is as argued by UEFA - to promote financial stability of clubs.
Today is the day where you need to grow a pair.Today is the day im done with football in europe. The corruption is just too much to handle.
Say hi from me.Khaldoon said that to me the other day!
