It’s a 200 page document that was submitted to the trumped up charge that the investigative panel never looked at, as they were too busy briefing their masters in the cartel and the media .

So when do we start proceedings against this?

If it's in court then until the CAS has made a decision then no-one can uphold a ban. We also need to go beyond sports courts and take it to the European high court if need be. Slander, illegal evidence, unfair trial, restriction of trade, there must be a few charges we can fight uefa with on this.

Cheers. That is more re-assuring. The timing of everything is the worry. If the ban is upheld while the appeal takes place etc I can’t see Pep KDB Sane etc wanting to wait 2 years to play in the CL. The strategy is to fuck us up and banned or not this has even reputation wise. Whatever we do moving forward will never be accepted

Only thing is I've read that we could then go beyond CAS to the Swiss supreme court, delaying it even further. So I would say CAS will want to make the decision before this season ends.

I assume we'll be in touch with them before this month is out, as the club will have known what was going to happen.

And if we win the League Cup then the Europa place goes to the next highest placed team in the PL not already qualified, not Villa as the runners up as you'd think.

Yeah a good part of hacking involves social engineering, most times hackers don't really know what they are looking for and they need some kind of mole or an inept staff to point them at the right direction.

Can it be fast tracked? Surely this will be a very detailed and complicated case. Surely City could string out the CAS appeal much longer if strategically they decided that was in the best interests of the club.

I just hope the club now abandons it’s softly approach with journalists and the media. We have been shafted on and off the pitch for years and the soft, non defending itself approach has clearly not worked. Time to get dirty, start bans etc
