As it is CAS, there will be a thorough decision overview released (how it is communicated is outlined in their 1 July Code document).Certainly previous things have a one-pager, and then something like a 30 page doc a few weeks later which broadly touches on the points of interest, and the opinions of the panel. I don't think we'll get anything beyond that for the reasons you give - City/UEFA won't want things made public. I wonder who at UEFA gets the say in this - the CFCB or Ceferin.
I thought (and may be wrong) that the 30-pager release was as much as anything to show what arguments were made, and how the panel viewed them - as much as anything for openness, rather than being a secret court.
MAN CITY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE BAN APPEAL ODDS
4/5 To be banned for one year instead of two
6/4 To be officially banned for the next two years from Champions League
7/4 Pep Guardiola to leave the club this summer
3/1 To win 19/20 Champions League
8/1 To win their appeal (and not be banned)
8/1 To lose their appeal, and Kevin de Bruyne to leave
12/1 To win the Champions League in 22/23
50/1 To win their appeal, then go on and win next year’s Champions League
*All odds correct at time of publication*
Bookies seem certain we're banned.

Yes, but that won't be available in this case till sept. The "award" as referenced in the CAS regs is the detailed verdict separate from the summary, we had a 35 page one from the first CAS appeal.

Looks like they have pulled the market. Cant find it anywhere on the site. Shame. 8/1 was a nice tempting betOnly to the publication.

Just relying what the Liverpool fans are claiming on David Conn the ‘Con’s page, wonder what he’ll say on mondayFFP won't be finished, but persecution of City might be. We've been in profit for some time now, even with large transfer spends. If Liverpool have 75m to spend on a defender they aint short of cash.
I liked the look of the 50/1 shot to be honest, gutted it's been pulledLooks like they have pulled the market. Cant find it anywhere on the site. Shame. 8/1 was a nice tempting bet
He's either thick as mince or wumming. I'm going for the former. He really should be writing for one of those 'Shock transfer news about City target' online click-bait sites.
I've said this before but worth repeating in the light of that pile of nonsense.Amazing that tthis dick, after months of writing about it still doesn't know the case wasn't about FFP, but the revisiting of previously sanctioned charges and adding extra punishments in dodgy circumstances.
Close to bonkers, that one. But nice try :-)Has anyone thought that our whole legal and PR strategy has been to maintain our innonence throughout, no matter the outcome, to ensure that they keep us onside as a fan base?
Soriano said the evidence is irrefutable, Pep has said he's seen it and believes we're innocent, etc. And fans will always have a bias to go along with their word and ignore outside opinion - even if found guilty. Let's face it, blue tinted specs do exist.
But maybe they've known we're guilty all along but have always been looking at the long game. The legal costs are a drop in the ocean anyway.
It sounds a bit crazy as it's a very bold approach, but ultimately, politicians do it all the time and the world goes on. Our club needs us to back it - which I'm sure most will regardless - and we'd move past the ban if it gets upheld and continue to support the owners.
I hope this theory is complete crap but it's not out of the realms of possibility and just throwing it out there.
You lost me after "thinks".He thinks it’s the death of ffp if we win because he still thinks our sponsors are all fluffed up by our owner.
Allegedly.Eh... you do know he has a degree in journalism don’t you?
Even if he’s not playing..Yep, whatever happens we're still booing Milner.
Sorry Len. I’ve been told in confidence
