Best thing though was that nobody had a snide ticket either...10 million
That's ok... the scummy twats aren't getting an ounce of sympathy off me!! I'm loving itOne more point. If that had been City fans the Scousers would be loving it. Not only did City get beat in the final, their fans got done as well. There wouldn't have been an ounce of sympathy from the Scousers.

I think its more a dig at UEFA, Real Madrid are desperate for the Super League money and would advance any agenda that shows UEFA in a bad light.Of course it is.
It's another sly dig at PSG owners.
Yep. Ticket fraud on the scale we have seen, with the tweets and other evidence of whole packets of them in batches, is organised criminality. Liverpool is a hotbed for such organised crime, everyone knows this and every police force in the country and the NCA know this. The Real Madrid statement seems to focus more on their fans being attacked and mugged by locals rather than the police. As bad as that is - and as each day goes by I feel more and more that we as fans dodged a bullet by not getting to the final as no doubt we’d have been targeted too - did these attacks happen inside or outside the stadium? If it was outside then surely that falls outside UEFA’s remit.
Also, I found this part of the BBC article amusing:
“However, the match was delayed by more than half an hour and Liverpool fans have described heavy-handed policing, organisational chaos and overcrowding at the showpiece game”
Regarding the overcrowding, maybe Liverpool fans need to look a little closer to home as to who was responsible for that.
Some might call it Karma. That Scouse video.
Over 1000 men. It was a scence from the WALKING DEAD. Is he talking about Liverpool fans after they lost the final?
Like others I have absolutely no sympathy for Liverpool fans. For over 50 years they have been rampaging all over Europe, especially at the finals, robbing people, looting shops, fighting with other fans and locals, jibbing in over tunrstiles, climbing fences and walls to get inside stadiums, getting stadium entrances locked, whilst their own fans are outside with genuine tickets, pushing people into fountains, masturbating naked on fountains, throwing slabs on peoples heads, attacking other teams coaches with bricks, bottles, etc, trashing their own city, setting the Liver Building alight, attacking emergency services, firing fireworks at each other, getting English teams banned from Europe, and killing 39 Juventus fans. And they want sympathy and justice. Yeah right!
Theresa May!3. An immediate apology from that fit woman who did the Brexit thing,
Cant agree more as football fans we should stand by innocent match goers who have their kids with them and have to protect them from tear gas and robbin yoofs. Never excusing those dippers who love a bit of hassle and selgishly selling on fakes..so much for looking after their own. But those innocent supporters ..we should show our support.Complete f#ck up that game from all involved. Looking at the video footage is grim, and wouldn't really wish that on the majority of the fans present.

I agree with this. Anyone who has been on an European away with City will know that the police abroad, particularly in Spain and France, can be pretty indiscriminate in their actions at times. Whatever your feelings about Liverpool as a club, you shouldn't want to see innocent match going fans getting tear-gassed, robbed or beaten.Cant agree more as football fans we should stand by innocent match goers who have their kids with them and have to protect them from tear gas and robbin yoofs. Lovely, warm, frothy sentiments, but they are thick as thieves from that city. Those "innocent supporters" can't even, once again, criticise those that have brought shame upon their own club, but we're expected to show sympathy.Cant agree more as football fans we should stand by innocent match goers who have their kids with them and have to protect them from tear gas and robbin yoofs. Totally agree...so many factors including selfish 'fans' depriving their own... but the meeja blatantly ignores it. No outraged comnent from the presenter after hearing that lad brazenly saying he had someone elses seat...anazingI agree with this. As for who is culpable for what happened at the Stade de France, it's not really a binary question. I don't think you can solely blame the Liverpool fans, but equally absolving them of any guilt (as the media have been quick to do) is ridiculous. There's a lot of contributory factors, going all the way back to Klopp encouraging ticketless fans to turn up in their droves. Add to that the amount of fake tickets circulating, the lawless element of Liverpool's support, the issues with local gangs, UEFA incompetence and some heavy handed policing then it's no great surprise that there were significant problems on the night. Thankfully no-one was seriously hurt, but all sides need to accept some responsibility for what happened rather than seeking to shift the blame.
If only the police hadnt been engaged with other matters they could have dealt with the robbing Parisean scum. Now, this, I do have sympathy with them for. They were getting robbed and battered all through the night by gangs of North African/Arabian/African Parisian youths by all accounts.
But it’s a completely different issue to the fake tickets and tickletless fans getting into the stadium whether they were scanned in or forced entry or pretended to be UEFA staff or jibbed in with mates/family.
No fan base not even them should have to be the target of large gangs of muggers and pickpockets that were waiting for them as they got off at Metro stations. The Police should have fucked them all off, they had no business being there. They picked individuals off indescriminently to beat up and rob of phones, money and tickets with seemingly Police ambivalence and apathy.
The organisation was clearly piss poor to deal with the inevitable fake tickets storm, that social media watchers should clearly have picked up on, was going to be a problem.
Resorting to tear gassing crowds of people, mostly innocents, reeks of no alternative plan to deal with the easily foreseeable problems.
Utter incompetence mixed with scouse hubris and unaccountability for anything was only ever going to result in what we got.
Spent a great deal of time in France and have a number of friends there. I’ve witnessed it and when I said it’s a bit severe I was told it was normal in areas where the groups of people mentioned live. I’ve no reason to doubt their word.source in relation that your first sentence?
