Pep doesn't know how to improve things at the moment. He's probably never had a run of one win in eleven games during his entire career and he may also have lost the dressing room.
But changing manager will not get Walker's pace back, it won't get Rodri's fitness back, it won't stop Stones being injured every five minutes, it won't stop Savinho, Doku, Nunes (and possibly Grealish) being significantly worse than Sterling, Sane and even Gabriel Jesus, and it won't suddenly give Rico Lewis muscles like Arnie and conjure up a left-back out of thin air.
The only thing a new manager might bring is more chances being created for Haaland, but if it was that easy I'm sure Pep might spot it for himself.
