Some reporter on twitter...

#Madrid tell #United, they want at least an opening bid of £75m for #DiMaria
Either taking them for suckers/desperate.
#Too much

Is it true Di Maria wanted to come to City to team up with DM, SA and PZ but we said we weren't interested?
According to the Observer Sport he was offered repeatedly to MCFC.

No explanation as to why City declined, but I assume that it was down to the FFP sanctions. It would have been a choice of Mangala or Di Maria
Yes, and unlike the rags (going for the headline signing) we signed the player where we most needed to strengthen on the pitch.

Ah you say that but Monotone Mike isn't impressed with our signings...oh how I wish the game against newcastle would have been on BT what with Fernado playing a blinder.

Cheers.. So next set if accounts they won't be in profit I presume
Last year they will, BT deal boost will cover the drop in performance.

united are desperate for a big signing to placate the restless natives - and Real Madrid will be all too aware of this.

Hopefully they won't forget "wouldn't sell them a virus" comment's :)
